COMPUTATION:
Please be guided that all shipping cost are handled by customers, and it is computed based on Volumetric Weight or Actual Weight whichever is higher.
Volume Weight Formula:
Length x Width x Height / 3500
DELIVERY FRAME:
• Delivery time for Metro Manila – 1 – 2 days (FOR COD ONLY)
• Delivery time for Provinces – 3 – 4 working days
• Sundays and Special Holidays are not counted
PROCESS:
Once order were completed, buyer/s will receive a confirmation text from our customer service team.
3 Types of Text Confirmation
1.For COD – Buyer needs to reply “Confirmed” to process their order
2.For Below 500php Orders – Store Pick up or Courier Delivery
3.For Provincial – Confirmation for payment settlement
All Items in AMOR are always on stock and generally processed for shipping within 24 hours upon payment was confirmed.

We don’t accept rush orders, we always ensure seamless transaction as possible as we can, delivery is one of the crucial part of a business. So we don’t just commit for a risk.

Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
ABOUT TAX
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, KILY.PH cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
