RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 Ody24 always want to ensure a smooth business flow for all our beloved customers. To guarantee them the most convenient shopping experiences. However, for some rare occasions, there are still minimal problems that may occur like damage items, wrong delivered items, and incomplete accessories.

   With this kind of situation Ody24 assures that we are not too difficult to reach. Our customer service representative can entertain concerns from 9 am to 6 pm.

NOTES:


• The Buyer should ship back to us the damaged item first then we will ship back the correct item. Shipping address will be provided if the item is already eligible for return and exchange policy. We are not liable for damages while thru shipping/transit. We only acknowledge damages 7 days after the order is received.
• Keep in mind that we always conduct investigations especially for damaged items
Ody24 reserve its rights to reject returns without proper approval of the Support Team and may be returned to the shipper to whatever reason. Any shipping fee that will incur will be charged to the customer.

CONDITIONS:
• Item/s should be returned within 7 calendar days upon the time you received it
• Returned item/s must not be used.
• It should be in the same packaging or placed on its original box
• Tags should still be intact
• All accessories are complete 
• STRICTLY NO CHANGE ITEMS
• NO REFUNDS
• For hygienic purposes and security reasons, we are implementing NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE policy on our SEX Toys, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIES and other undergarments.

We only allow  RETURN and EXCHANGE of the  ITEMS IF you receive DAMAGE and WRONG DELIVERY


   Ody24 take account for any shipping mishaps. Should there be any wrong or defective item delivered to you, we replace it immediately without any shipping fee charge. 
   We also allow a full refund if, and only if, the item you purchased is no longer available and would not like to exchange it for another different product. 
   Once the item is returned, we will deposit the refund directly to your account within 3 working days in any of the following banks: BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. However, if you don’t have any accounts on the aforementioned banks, we’ll consider your refund money as a pre-deposit point that can be used upon the next purchase of any items here at the store.


How do I make a return?

(1)If you choose DROP-OFF or Pick-Up Service to return your parcel



1. Sign into your AMOR account.
2. Find the order in Account click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Select the return method:
DROP-OFF or Pick-Up Service , then please prepare the return items with the original packaging and pack them carefully. Print the Return Label and attach it to your return parcel.
5. If you choose to drop off, please drop off the package at any collection point you find out.
6. If you choose pick-up service, please wait for the delivery man to pick up the parcel.



(2)If you choose Self-Sending to return your parcel



1.Sign into your AMOR account.
2.Find the order in Account, click the "Return Item" button.
3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
4.Select the return method and refund method, then please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
5. Please choose your logistics company at your own cost and mail the package.

How will I get my refund
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. 

Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

Note: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.


How long do I have to make a return?
We gladly accept returns within 20 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
